ANY item thats damaged will be replaced once item is return!!
GENERAL ONLINE/SHIPPED ORDERS:
Customers will be allowed an exchange or store credit within 3 days of receiving their item(s) if they are not satisfied; this is 3 days after the package is marked “delivered.” No refunds will be issued at all. After those 3 days, the sale will be final and store credit or exchange will no longer be an option.
DISPUTES:
We take pride in our customer service and our willingness to help our customers. If you have any problems with your order, please contact customer service directly at 205-503-8704 and allow 24-48 hours for a response. In the event that you dispute an order for any reason, you will be blocked from ordering again. No exceptions.
